Transcript Requests
General Information
- Northeastern University has authorized Parchment to provide and deliver official transcripts. This process allows students (current and former) to use a credit or debit card to order and pay for transcripts in a safe online transaction.
- We do not accept transcript requests by phone, e-mail, or fax.
- All transcripts sent through Parchment are official.
- At this time any student that attended Mills College must email [email protected] about requesting their transcript and not request transcripts through Parchment.
Parchment gives the hold options of Hold for Grades and Hold for Degree, these hold options should only be used by current/active students.
Hold for Grades – transcript will not be released until after grades are received for the current term.
Hold for Degree – transcript will not be released until after the Registrar’s Office has posted the degree to your transcript. Degrees are posted approximately one to two weeks after the last day of final exams. Please contact [email protected] with any degree questions or concerns.
If you select “Hold for Grades” or “Hold for Degree” your card will be charged immediately.
Please note, the “Hold for Grades” and “Hold for Degrees” options should not be used after grades and degree information has been posted; this may result in your transcript request being held until the end of the subsequent semester.
