General Information

  • Transcripts are normally mailed out or made available for pickup two business days following the date of the request. During peak times (beginning and end of terms), please allow for three to five business days.
  • Transcripts are not processed for students with financial holds.
  • We no longer accept mailed requests with checks from other colleges or third parties. All requests must come directly from the student/former student and must be completed using the procedures outlined.

To request a transcript, please follow the instructions below:

Electronic Delivery

  • In the Transcript Request Options section, select “Electronic” as the Delivery Method.
  • This option will cause an official transcript to be sent directly to the recipient’s email destination, as provided by the requestor.
  • There is an $8.00 fee (per email) for this expedited service.
  • The electronic transcripts do not include registrar signature.
  • This option is not available to School of Law students.

Express Delivery

  • Cost is $20 plus any applicable transcript-processing fees.
  • No P.O. Box deliveries are allowed.
  • FedEx is our provider.
  • Requests received after 8:00 a.m. are not  guaranteed to be sent out the same day.
  • This fee does not reduce transcript-processing time, only delivery time.

 

To Pick Up Transcripts

If you have completed a transcript request for pickup, we require an authorization letter in order to have someone else pick up your transcripts. You must scan or fax us an authorization letter stating that you give the Transcript Office permission to release your transcripts to another person.

The person picking up a transcript must have a valid form of identification.

Your name, the name of the person picking up your transcripts, and your signature must be on this document.
