Important Note
Northeastern University issues degree verifications through the National Student Clearinghouse for students who were awarded degrees from 2010 forward.
Degrees Awarded Prior to 2010
Procedure
- Contact the Office of the Registrar by calling 617.373.2300 or by emailing [email protected].
Verification Processing Time
- Standard mail and fax verification processing time is usually two to three business days.
- Verifications are not processed for students with financial holds.
Degrees Awarded 2010 to Present
Degree verifications contain alumnus/alumna name and degree received. They can be requested by outside organizations/individuals (HR offices, background check companies, etc.).
There is an associated fee for this service. Be sure to select Northeastern University from the drop-down menu.
