Student Enrollment and Degree Verification

Please Note: There will not be any verifications mailed, faxed or sent by FedEx expedited services while we are working remotely. Verification requests via electronic delivery will be processed. We thank you for your patience during this time.

General Information:

The Office of the Registrar handles all student verification requests and other degree-related information.

  • Standard mail and fax verification processing time is usually two to three business days.
  • Electronic verification requests prior to 12:00 p.m. are typically delivered by the end of business day.
  • Verifications are not processed for students with financial holds.
  • We are unable to verify enrollment for an upcoming term until the student is registered for that term. Registration into the co-op experience placeholder course begins one month prior to the term. We cannot verify that a new student will be attending until the student has been registered for classes.

To request an enrollment/degree verification, please follow the instructions below:

The Registrar’s office staff will be working remotely starting Monday, March 16th. Many of our services are available online and can be accessed and delivered electronically.
