Cross-Registration Agreements - Office of the University Registrar at Northeastern University

The following form is to be used by both Northeastern students and external students participating in the exchange agreements in place with the following institutions:

Boston College
School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts
Tufts Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences
Viceroy/DECREE Consortium Partner Institutions

The form must be completed in its entirety (including all required signatures) and returned to the Office of the Registrar for processing. The other host institution may also require additional documents to complete your registration.
